ALGOn supports police fight against crime

ABUJA, (CAJ News) – has pledged to support the initiative of the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Solomon Arase, for a robust security for lives and property in the country.

Led by the organisation’s National President, Micah Jiba, members of the organisation have paid a courtesy call on the IGP in his office at Force Headquarters Abuja.

The Association declared their readiness to support the Nigeria Police to fight crime and equally put an end to all the security challenges facing the country with the assistance of the community leaders.

Arase appreciated the leadership of the association for the visit and their move to partner with the Nigeria Police.

He urged them to embrace community partnership as an antidote for crimes and criminality.

Arase reiterated the need for them not to relent at rendering moral and logistic support to the Police at the local level with a view to boosting, fortifying and consolidating national security.

He equally enjoined them to mobilize their locals to police with useful information that would nip crime in the bud to the.
